Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2513 HB 333 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2490) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 333(STA) "An Act relating to the disposition of certain unused campaign contributions; and relating to public office expense term accounts and public office expense term account reserves." and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 333(STA) am S "An Act relating to candidate forums and contributions in state election campaigns; relating to the disposition of certain unused campaign contributions; and relating to public office expense term accounts and public office expense term account reserves." (SCR 36 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representatives Johnson and Doogan moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 333(STA), thus adopting CSHB 333(STA) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 333(STA)?"
